Who we are

What we collect
- Quote and contact forms: your name, phone number, email, address, message, and any photos you upload.
- Service reminders: your email address if you ask us to remind you when a service is due.
- Phone and WhatsApp: your number and whatever you tell us when you call or message, so we can help and keep a record of the job.
Why we use it, and the lawful basis
- To answer quote requests and do the work: so we can reply, visit, install or repair, and keep our side of the contract. Lawful basis: contract (or steps you ask us to take before a contract).
- Service reminders: only if you ask us. Lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link if we send one.
- Business records: invoices, job notes and Gas Safe paperwork. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (running the business properly) and legal obligation where the law says we must keep records.
Who we share it with
- Website and form host (Netlify) — so the site and enquiry form work.
- Our email provider — so we can send and receive messages.
- Boiler manufacturers — only when we register your warranty for you.
We never sell your details. We don’t pass them to marketers.
How long we keep it
- Quote enquiries with no job: about 2 years, then we delete or anonymise them.
- Jobs, warranties and Gas Safe records: as long as the law requires — for example, about 6 years for accounts and tax.
- Service reminder emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the data we hold about you (access)
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete it (where we’re allowed to)
- object to how we use it
- withdraw consent for service reminders at any time
